Custom goods include a 5-day, money-back guarantee, based upon the shipping date as provided to us by UPS or FedEx. To receive a full refund, please contact our customer support team. They will provide you with shipping guidelines and a return authorization (RA) number. Shortly after 5 days, your order is considered final and refunds will not be given due to the customization of your order. The invoice that was sent to you via e-mail instantly following your order confirmation will show the product( s) that are considered “custom”.
